New X-Ray Technology in Airports

X-RAY MACHINE

With the announcement of the X-ray machine in the USA, that can see through clothing, this triggered thoughts of what we have discussed after the UK Gender Recognition Act 2004 was introduced. This law is predicated on “Non Surgery” and we foresaw something along these lines happening when and if such a machine was invented and used.

It has eventuated, so how will it affect a woman who is x-rayed, but retains male genitalia? Will her Gender Recognition Certificate and new Birth Certificate, which register her as a female be worth the paper it is written on? How will emigration react in this situation?

Any thoughts, in light of the Spanish law just passed, that people do not have to have surgery in order to change their Birth Certificate and other Documents. Will their emigration therefore accept the same laws of other countries?
